The Thomas Paine Study centre (TPSC), completed in 2010, is the University of East Anglia's newest low-energy building and is a demonstration building within Build with CaRe. TPSC was featured in the CaRe Magazine and was portrayed in a striking picture on the front cover.

Prittlewell Chapel - featured in a Build with CaRe film series of the renovation - has received the prestigious Southend Design Award for Conservation and Sustainability 2011. CaRe-ful renovation has brought new life to this historic landmark: previously abandoned and run-down, it now features both solar panels and well-sealed walls. |

Elizabeth Fry Building still as good? |

The Elizabeth Fry Building at UEA was built in 1995 and received excellent response upon completion. “The best building ever?” was the cover head line when a CIBSE magazine reported on a detailed study of the building. As part of the BwC study of UEA buildings, Elizabeth Fry has been revisited to find out how air-tightness and occupant perceptions compare with the previous results. Is Elizabeth Fry still as good?
